You choose either *€5,000 cashback or **free furniture package or ***free maintenance for five years on selected apartments at the Vineyards.
* €5,000 cashback is deducted from the final cost of the apartment.
** Free classic oak or superior oak package up to the value of €5,000
*** Maintenance charge of €6.5psqm + VAT of total apartment area is given free for a five year period.
These offers are only available if you choose payment option 1 (stage payments) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
