Resale Terms and conditions
The properties advertised for resale on the Jood Investments website are advertised in good faith and the title of ownership has not been checked out or is verified as genuine by Jood Investments Ltd or any of there agents or representatives. It is the purchasers’ responsibility to ensure and verify the property and the vendors authenticity, this is not the responsibility of Jood Investments Ltd.
Jood Investments act only as an intermediary and have no part in the sales transaction, this is to be conducted by the Vender and the persons wishing to purchase. It is the advice of Jood Investments that any and all transactions should be placed in the hands of a conveyance solicitor by both vendors and purchasers.
Jood investments cannot be held responsible for any illegal activities that may originate from any misleading information resulting in the exchange of monies in respect of sale of properties advertised on the Jood Investments website.
It is up to each advertiser of an individual property to supply Jood investments ltd with up to six pictures for description purposes and a worded description for sales purposes it is not the responsibility of Jood Investments to chase for these it is the responsibility of the advertiser to supply them.
The cost will be £50 initial set up and £15 per month with a minimum 3 months advertising all paid in advance.
Start date of advertising will commence 4 days after Jood Investments receive cleared funds paid to Jood Investments Ltd for the exclusive use of advertising any resale property
Jood Investments Ltd will assume that by placing and paying for an advertisement, the advertiser has read and agreed to our terms and conditions
