Inspection Trips
Jood Investments will pay for your inspection trip in the following way and providing that the following criteria have been met:
1. You must have paid a reservation fee as stated in our brochure and website for your chosen property and destination and as per our terms and conditions you will have paid your quoted deposit in the stated time frame for your development.
2. You will arrange and pay for your own standard class flights, (Jood Investments will not pay for Business class or first class flights) and accommodation while on your inspection visit.
3. You will need to inform Jood Investments of your planed travel dates and accommodation so that we can arrange your inspection of your chosen property (s) with the relevant developer (s).
4. You will provide Jood Investments with original proofs of purchase of flights and proof of payment of hotel or accommodation, failure to do so will result in non payment from Jood Investments.
5. Jood Investments Ltd is not in the habit of providing or paying for a short break for anybody. We will only pay or refund your cost for up to two people on a viewing trip on the conditions that you have paid all reservation fees’s and deposits for the relevant development.
6. All refunds or payments will be made approx 40 days after the payment of the deposit and signing of the purchase agreement and only when Jood Investments have been provided with original receipts for the expenses you wish claim to the value of that which has been pre agreed in writing with Jood Investments Ltd.
7. A viewing trip can take place any time between and after the reservation fee has been paid and until such time that the apartment/house/studio/flat/duplex/villa/penthouse, has been handed over to the purchaser by the developer or their agent as complete.
