If you have been doing any research recently on where to invest in an overseas property you will not have failed to notice all that has been written about Cyprus, what with a very stable economy that has steady growth and now that it has joined the E.U and will be converting to the Euro in 2008 there doesn’t seem to be much that can go wrong in investing in Cyprus. We are not going to disagree with everything that has been written; in fact we are going to strongly agree with all that has been said. In fact we have just purchased another 2 apartments ourselves close to the new golf resort in Teresfanou, Larnaca and are looking forward to making lots more profit to invest all over again in more property.
What we have decided to do is to add some reading for you about why Cyprus is a good investment. You will find in the following pages lots and lots of positives, the reason for this is that we can’t find many negatives at all.
