If you got here then we would imagine that you are looking to invest in a property or maybe two. You may be looking at this for many reasons. You may already be a serious investor or looking to invest for the first time. Whatever your reason you have come to the right people. Why? well that's easy, it's because we were once doing exactly what you are doing now. We would now consider ourselves as serious investors with an impressive property portfolio that we have managed to build over the past few years.
Jood Investments Ltd came to be when a group of like minded individuals, who just happen to be related, decided that we were not going to enjoy our retirements by investing in Pensions, ISAs, Bonds or Shares, which was the recommended way to prepare for retirement. As we are all aware, these do not perform as they once did, so the question was how do we prepare for retirement?
One of the things that we found when we started is that we were entering into an area we knew relatively little about. However, we knew we had to do something if we wanted to be able to retire in comfort and ensure a sound and secure future for our children.
Here at Jood Investments Ltd, we only have properties on our site that offer a good return on your hard earned cash. You can rest assured that if it is on our site then it's because we would invest there ourselves.
We learnt the hard way and found it wasn't easy negotiating with developers in different countries or finding the right solicitor. It wasn't easy finding the right information about an area/country we wanted to invest in and after many mistakes we managed to do all of the above. We would like you to be able to use the knowledge we have gained from our hard work!
We realised we had assets sitting there that were not being used, OUR HOMES! They had equity in them, so we made the decision to remortgage. This gave us instant funding which we then used to purchase property. The rest is history as they say. We now know that when our children need or want to go to university we can afford to send them. We are now able to afford some of lives little luxuries.
Now the only decision you have to make is: Do I want to buy and make a profit on my investment? In our experience most people say YES.
You may ask "what's in it for us?" and why not! Well, it's simple - like other investment property clubs and property investment websites we get paid from the developer for every property our members purchase. We think that is only fair, as we have carried out all of the due diligence and negotiations on your behalf.
